Merry Oak School Exhibition
Currently our Heritage Centre and Museum has a display of some of the artefacts that we have from Merry Oak School. These include a complete set of Oak Leaves, the School magazines from 1948 until the School closed in 1984, named class photographs from the 1960s and 1970s, photographs and many other items.

BLHS Calendar 2024
The Bitterne 2024 Calendar is still available. It has the title Bitterne Shops of Yesteryear.
NOW REDUCED
The Calendar has a month to a page and is an A4 wire-bound style.
On each page there is a photograph of bygone Bitterne and the calendar with important dates – including the subject of all out Monthly Meetings.
The Calendar will be available at our Meetings and Shop for £3.00 or you can buy online here for £5.70 postage paid.
