Membership

If you join the Society via this website we retain your Name, Full Postal Address, including Postcode, and other Contact details for the purpose of maintaining your membership including sending you our quarterly magazine and information about meetings, etc. We ask that you inform us of changes in your contact details when they happen. When your membership is renewed each January we will ask for confirmation or correction of your information. Your details are NEVER shared with anyone outside of the Society. We have a Data Protection Officer who advises the Society on such matters and whose name and contact details are listed on our ‘Committee‘ page.
