Ursula is the Heritage & Education Officer at the Royal Victoria Chapel, Netley near Southampton; her role encompasses curator, visitor services and education.

The site, which is now a country park, was once home to the Royal Victoria Hospital – a military hospital built in response to the Crimean War and in operation for about 100 years, including through both World Wars. The main hospital building was demolished in 1966, leaving just the Chapel which now houses an exhibition about the hospital.
