The licence from The George Inn (Hazel Road) was transferred here upon its closure.
Once a Cooper’s Brewery pub and later a Watney’s house.
The name was changed to The Muddled Man in the early 1980’s but reverted to The Spring Inn due to popular demand in 1984.
